Return Guidelines

Items that exceed the return period (within 7 days).

No returns will be accepted if the item's value is compromised (stains, signs of wear, etc.).

Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including the item, shoebox, accessories, and tags), unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or any marks that may affect resale.

Discrepancies due to monitor color variations, differences in leather thickness (subjective and non-verifiable), texture, or shoe details are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for returns.

Please ensure the item is in pristine condition. Returns will not be accepted if there are obvious signs of trial wear or other damages.

If you receive an item with quality or defect issues, please contact us within 48 hours.

If you decide to return an item after receiving it, the buyer is responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs. The item must remain in brand-new condition; otherwise, a full refund will not be issued.

After 30 days, due to varying personal usage, we cannot provide any credit guarantees.

Shoeboxes cannot be used as shipping packaging.

We recommend using a reliable shipping company to ensure you can track your package after dispatch.

Return to Sender: Unclaimed or unsigned-for items will be returned to us. Once the item is returned, the consumer is responsible for any resulting shipping fees.
- Shipping costs will be covered for you if your product is faulty and you are asked to return it, if you change your mind during the 7 days and you want a refund & we ask you to return it, you will also cover that cost of shipping. Anything out the scope of the refund policy, listed above, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, is at our discretion (partial refunds etc after 7 days and not due to faulty product).

Natural Wool Products
Due to the natural properties of wool, variations in texture and color may occur. These differences are inherent to the material and do not qualify as defects.

We’re working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!
The holiday season is a busy time for all of us, and we truly appreciate your support. Due to the high volume of orders and increased pressure on delivery services (including Australia Post and other couriers), there may be some delays in shipping during this period. While we are dispatching orders as quickly as possible (usually within 12 hours on weekdays), please be aware that delivery times may take 5-15 business days depending on your location.
